Very pleased with the service, I had to supply internet to x7 flats I was renovating as it is now a planning condition to provide internet provision (part B) to new flats and HMOs. I would have done this anyway as the frontage of the building was listed and didn’t want tenants having different internet providers drilling access points in.
Eastwood IT visited site and quoted for this.
They worked in conjunction with the site electrician and it was very stress free on my part.
Eastwood IT supplied and fitted all necessary access points. They contacted an internet provider on my behalf and picked a product to suit the demand of a x7 flat development.
Eastwood IT set all the passwords individually for each flat and the set up shares out the usage equally per flat.
I can contact E IT to switch a flat off if it’s empty or haven’t paid rent or to create a new password for a new tenant.
It’s all controlled by an app and has so many features and is amazing from a landlords point of view.
I’m not very tech-savvy and didn’t realise it was so straight forward and reasonably priced to have something like this installed.
E IT were amazing from start to finish, and I would recommend them to any landlord or developer doing a similar project.
